Day 1 – 21 October
During daytime: Arrival in Vilnius, finding your accommodation, unpacking and meeting each other

19.00 “Briefing” and the introduction of the organizers
20.00 Dinner and Welcome Party. Getting acquainted with each participant.
Optional visit to the centre of Vilnius

Day 2 – 22 October
08.00 - 9.00 Breakfast
10.00 – 12.00 Meeting each other. Visiting Mykolas Romeris university’s Students organization, Vilnius Gediminas technical university’s Students organization. Presentation about their structure, culture inside organizations, innovation in their activity.
12.00 – 13.00 Lunch.
13.00 – 14.00: General Assembly
14.30 – 15.30: Opening Ceremony
1. Plenary address by Prof. Flora Carrijn, President of UNeECC
2. Plenary address by Vilius Navickas, Mayor of Vilnius
3. Plenary address by Prof. Alvydas Pumputis, Rector of the Mykolas Romeris University
4. Plenary address by Prof. dr. Romualdas Ginevicius, Rector of the Vilnius Gediminas Technical University
5. Plenary address by Mrs. Ann Branch, Head of Unit, European Commission Directorate General for Education and Culture
15.30 – 16.00 Break
16.00 - 18.00: Plenary Session. Participants present innovation, culture and creativity in their university (studies, technologies, student activity, etc.) from student point of view. (PowerPoint presentation ~10min).
18.00 – 18.10: Coffee Break
18.10 – 19.00: Presenting innovation, culture and creativity in your university from student point of view.
19.30 Dinner

Day 3 – 23 Oct
08.00 – 09.00: Breakfast
09.00 – 10.45: Parallel Sessions. Workshop “UNeECC Student Committee”. During this session participants discuss ideas, mission, vision, structure, projects, activity guideline, plans, deadlines, responsible persons.
10.45 – 11.00: Coffee Break
11.00 – 13.00: Parallel Session II. Preparation of several ideas to actively start Students’ Committee action – initial projects. Making plans, dividing into groups, making responsibilities.
13.00 – 14.30: Lunch
14.30 – 16.00: Parallel Session III. Presenting the results of Parallel Session II. Conclusions, discussions.
16.30 – 18.30: Meeting with Lithuanian Youth Council (LiJOT).
19.00: Closing Dinner.

Day 4 – 24 Oct
11.00 – end: Optional tour of Vilnius
