A reflection paper on innovation has been recently produced for DG EAC (Education and Culture) of the European Commission in the context of the EU University-Business Cooperation (UBC) Network. UBC Network stimulates good practice exchanges between higher education institutions, private companies and policymakers to support dynamic interventions in local and global innovation ecosystems.
