The European Heritage Awards Ceremony 2021 took place on 23 September at the Giorgio Cini Foundation. High level representatives from the European Commission and Europa Nostra paid tribute to the winners of the European Heritage Awards / Europa Nostra Awards 2021. "At a moment when Europe is determined to build back better, these success stories are a true inspiration and a powerful example of what we, as Europeans, can achieve together," emphasised Mariya Gabriel, European Commissioner for Innovation, Research, Culture, Education and Youth.
A reflection paper on innovation has been recently produced for DG EAC (Education and Culture) of the European Commission in the context of the EU University-Business Cooperation (UBC) Network.
